Dalan)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; This year&#8217;s &#8220;Traslacion&#8221; or Procession of the Black Nazarene has been &#8220;generally peaceful.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This was the initial assessment of National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) in a message Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>(NCRPO) Police Director Oscar Albayalde has declared that the &#8216;Traslacion&#8217; which started from 5 a.m. Tuesday at the Luneta Grandstand to 3 a.m. Wednesday has been &#8220;generally peaceful&#8221;, NCRPO spokesperson Chief Insp.
