It is stated in the law,\u201d Andanar said in a television interview with morning show \u2018Unang Hirit\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Andanar also said the move to change the form of government to federalism will continue, hoping it will be done within the term of President Rodrigo Duterte.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis (shift to) federalism will push through because it is one of the campaign promises of President Duterte. So we will try within his term.
