Dalan\/ Philippine News Agency)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong> \u2014 In line with efforts to ensure that no untoward incidents will mar this year&#8217;s &#8216;Traslacion&#8217; or Black Nazarene procession, a gun ban, no-drone zone, and no sail-zone will be implemented in Manila.<\/p>\n<p>This was bared by Manila Police District (MPD) spokesperson Supt.
