(PNA photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In an effort to resolve the Philippine National Police process officers\u2019 non-attendance to their court duties, the Supreme Court (SC) has ordered the full implementation of the electronic subpoena system or eSubpoena this year.<\/p>\n<p>The eSubpoena is part of the SC\u2019s modernization program in partnership with the Philippine National Police (PNP).
