And as much as a lot are seeing hearts surrounding her and Marlon Stockinger, some could not abandon the idea of them breaking up because of her boyfriend\u2019s paternity issue.<\/p>\n<p>On March, Pia was asked to comment on Marlon having kids, which apparently the beauty queen had no idea of back then. A lot speculated their breakup, especially when the two unfollowed each other in social media, and deleted their photos of each other in their respective accounts.
