Hajiri Langgal, Police Station 6 chief, identified the victims as SPO1 Osbert Fernando and Antonio Dela Cruz, owner of the grenade.<\/p>\n<p>Fernando was wounded in the leg while Dela Cruz\u2019 right hand was severed.
