Shameful.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Massachusetts representative was responding to a tweet by an American journalist that read, \u201cTrump allowed Duterte to shut down US reporters&#8217; questions about human rights. Duterte told reporters they weren&#8217;t at a news conference.
