Antonio Trillanes IV while pointing out allegations against the lawmaker such as that of hiring hundreds of consultants and having several bank accounts in different countries.<\/p>\n<p>According to Duterte, Trillanes has offshore bank accounts in Hong Kong, China, Australia and the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Duterte also claimed that the senator hired more than 200 consultants in relation to his disbursement acceleration program funds.<\/p>\n<p>Denying Duterte\u2019s claims, Trillanes said that the president is spreading \u201cfake news,&#8221; adding that he would sign a bank secrecy waiver and pass it to the Anti-Money Laundering Council for evaluation.<\/p>\n<p>Aggravated, Trillanes responded that he will slap to Duterte&#8217;s face the certification that would prove his record is clean.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAside from the waiver, we\u2019ll have to identify a bank, ask for certification from them that there is none and I will slap that to Duterte\u2019s face,\u201d Trillanes said.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(DAILY NEWS ROUND UP FOR 09\/ 11 \/ 17)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>President Rodrigo Duterte threatened to \u201cdestroy\u201d Sen.
