(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pnp.pio\/photos\/a.656275274413732.1073741903.462115693829692\/1414135018627750\/?type=3&amp;amp;theater\">Photo<\/a>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pnp.pio\/\">Philippine National Police\/ Facebook<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Philippine National Police chief Director General Ronald \u201cBato\u201d Dela Rosa on Tuesday expressed optimism that the narcotic problem of the Philippines will still reach its conclusion.<\/p>\n<p>The chief PNP believes that the case of the Philippines is not \u201chopeless,&#8221; and the country could still be drug-free.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Posible naman kung lahat tayo magtutulungan hindi pa naman<\/em> hopeless &#8216;<em>yong<\/em> case <em>ng Pilipinas<\/em>, <em>hindi pa. Pewede pa tayo maging<\/em> drug-free <em>&#8216;pag magtutulungan tayo, pati &#8216;yong mga taong<\/em> involved <em>sa droga ay tumulong siguro makamit natin &#8216;yan <\/em>[It\u2019s possible if we will all work together; the Philippines is not hopeless, it is still not.
