It is forecast to move west at 18 kph.<\/p>\n<p>Tropical storm warning signal number 1 is hoisted over Palawan. Scattered rains will continue over the province. The state weather bureau has advised against sea travel over the seaboards of Palawan.<\/p>\n<p>It is forecast to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) Tuesday morning or afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the tropical depression spotted outside the PAR has weakened into a low pressure area and was estimated at 1,630 km east of Mindanao.<\/p>\n<p>Cloudy skies with scattered light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced\u00a0over CALABARZON.<\/p>\n<p>Metro Manila will have cloudy skies with scattered rains.
