PNP photo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212; Despite allegations of his involvement on the alleged harassment and extortion of Janet Lim-Napoles, a former head of the Presidential Security Group (PSG) vehemently denied the accusations saying he never met Napoles.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Retired Marine Brig.
