Her ownership still allows her to profit off her rising profile, which has prompted criticism from ethics experts.<\/p>\n<p>After the election the brand became politically charged. Department store Nordstrom stopped selling Ivanka Trump clothing, citing declining sales, which caused shopper boycotts.
