(And) as you know there have been reports that they are recruiting already in the Lanao area so I think this will help curb their activities on the ground,\u201d DND public affairs chief Arsenio Andolong said in an interview.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf we dont have martial law, it will be very difficult for the rehabilitation of Marawi and the other war torn areas in the area,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re going to move logistics\u00a0<em>ano yung mga<\/em>\u00a0equipment<em>, pagka sila\u2019y nakakaikot ng malaya dun<\/em>, they can hamper\u00a0<em>yung pagre<\/em>-rebuild\u00a0<em>natin di ba, kasi paano natin matutuloy yun eh kung hindi natin ma<\/em>-secure yung area,\u00a0<em>papunta pa yung mga<\/em>\u00a0engineers\u00a0<em>natin e baka ma<\/em>-ambush<em>\u00a0na yung mga ganun ba<\/em>,\u201d Andolong said.<\/p>\n<p>When asked whether terror threats remain in Mindanao, Andolong said \u201cthere is a threat.
