Lahat naman tayo may<\/em> right to express our own opinion (There are those who believe that a revolutionary government would hasten the implementation of change. All of us have the right to express our own opinion),\u201d Aguirre told reporters after the launch of the Uniform Manual on Time Allowances and Service of Sentence, held at the Century Park Hotel here.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Walang bawal dun<\/em>. (There is nothing in there that is forbidden.)
