Col. Ray Tiongson said the CTTC aims to replicate urban area conditions and thus improve the &#8220;military operation on urban terrain&#8221; (MOUT) or urban warfare.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Yun planong gawin, para siyang magre<\/em>-replicate\u00a0<em>ng<\/em>\u00a0(setting and conditions in) urban areas.
