The embattled businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles who is accused as the mastermind of the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) or \u201cPork Barrel\u201d scam has sought for the approval from the Sandiganbayan to file a demurrer to evidence in the plunder case filed against her and co-accused Ramon \u201cBong\u201d Revilla.<\/p>\n

Napoles\u2019s camp defends that \u201cthe information failed to specify who is the main plunderer in this case. Hence, on this point, the Plunder charge against Accused Napoles should be dismissed.<\/p>\n

The ombudsman also charged Juan Ponce Enrile, Jose \u201cJinggoy\u201d Estrada, and other individuals in 2014 in connection with the PDAF scam.<\/p>\n
