Flores Jr., former spokesman of the Department of National Defense (DND), died due to a lingering illness. He was 82.<\/p>\n<p>Flores was the speech writer of former Senator Juan Ponce Enrile during his term as secretary of national defense.<\/p>\n<p>He is survived by his wife, Dra. Letica Orap-Flores, children Lelisa, Jopro, Aldrin and Janette and grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>Flores\u2019 remains lie in state at the St. Peter\u2019s Chapel on Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City.<\/p>\n<p>Burial will be at the Christ the King Columbarium in Quezon City on November 30.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MANILA &#8212; Lawyer Jose T.
