(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.megaworldcorp.com\/megaworld-to-build-makati-inspired-business-district-in-cavite\/\">Photo by Megaworld<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212; Property developer Megaworld Corp. expects to generate PHP9\u00a0 billion from the sale of lots in a new business district within its township project in General Trias, Cavite.<\/p>\n<p>Megaworld is building the 35-hectare \u2018Maple Grove Commercial District, which offers 363 prime lots for companies and businesses at 360 square meters to 1,008 square meters in size.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will be integrating skygardens on the rooftops of most buildings to be constructed. Other sustainability and green initiatives that may be integrated by lot owners into their developments will also be welcomed as we strive to make Maple Grove a \u2018green city in the south,\u201d said Rachelle Pe\u00f1aflorida, vice president for sales and marketing at Megaworld.<\/p>\n<p>The commercial district will have seven green and open parks across the development, including a \u2018Central Park\u2019 that will serve as a \u2018green jewel\u2019 of the commercial district.<\/p>\n<p>It is scheduled for completion in 2022. After which, turnover of lots to owners will commence.
