(GOOGLE MAPS)\" width=\"632\" height=\"328\" srcset=\"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/dssd.png 632w, https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/dssd-300x156.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 632px) 100vw, 632px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-130208\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Diwali, considered as India\u2019s biggest and most important holiday held either in October or November each year, is being celebrated for the fifth year in Bacolod.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com.ph\/search?q=bacolod+maps&amp;rlz=1C1CHBF_enPH763PH763&amp;oq=bacolod+maps+&amp;aqs=chrome..69i57j0l5.6172j0j9&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8\"> (GOOGLE MAPS)<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>BACOLOD CITY \u2013 The City of Bacolod continues to showcase the Filipino-Indian culture and tradition through the Diwali Festival that will be held in various venues here on November 8-12.<\/p>\n<p>Diwali, considered as India\u2019s biggest and most important holiday held either in October or November each year, is being celebrated for the fifth year in Bacolod.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s event kicked off Wednesday with a photo exhibit in keeping with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) theme dubbed, \u201cGlimpse of India and the Influence on ASEAN Countries\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Themed \u201cUnity in Diversity\u201d, the festival\u2019s opening rites held at the SMX Convention Center, was led by Councilors Em Ang and Cindy Rojas, City Tourism Officer Ma.
