(Pixabay photo)price<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA \u2014 Philippines\u2019 rate of price increase continues but Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez III said this is not worrisome since rates are just normalizing.<\/p>\n<p>As of last September, inflation averaged at 3.1 percent, within the government\u2019s two to four percent target for 2017-19.<\/p>\n<p>Last September alone, inflation registered its five-month high of 3.4 percent from month-ago\u2019s 3.1 percent.
