ang mga pinapatay ay ang mahihirap lamang <\/em>[Rich drug pushers are not killed; only the poor ones are killed],\u201d while 35 percent disagreed.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, 21 percent of Filipino adults remain undecided.<\/p>\n<p>This resulted in a net agreement score of +29, classified as \u201cmoderately strong,&#8221; eight points below, and one grade down from \u201cvery strong\u201d +37 in June 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Although the net agreement that only poor drug pushers are killed was still highest in Metro Manila at \u201cvery strong\u201d +49, it posted a 12-point decline and one-grade down from the \u201cextremely strong\u201d +61 in June 2017.<\/p>\n<p>It stayed very strong in Balance Luzon, at +37 in September, up by 3 points from +34 in June.<\/p>\n<p>It rose by one grade from \u201cmoderately strong\u201d to \u201cvery strong\u201d in the Visayas, at +31 in September, up by 10 points from +21 in June.<\/p>\n<p>While in Mindanao, net agreement that only the poor drug pushers are killed was lowest at \u201cneutral\u201d -1, posting a 41-point decline, and two grades down, from the \u201cvery strong\u201d +40 in June.<\/p>\n<p>The non-commissioned \u00a0survey used face-to-face interviews of 1,500 adults from 18 years old and above nationwide \u2014 600 in Balance Luzon and 300 each in Metro Manila, the Visayas and Mindanao, with a sampling error margins of \u00b13% for national percentages, \u00b14% for Balance Luzon, and \u00b16% each for Metro Manila, the Visayas and Mindanao.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>More than half of Filipinos believe that only poor people are killed in President Rodrigo Duterte\u2019s crackdown against illegal drugs, &hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":33,"featured_media":92029,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1482,1145,16,95],"tags":[13135,27875],"class_list":["post-127299","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-breaking","category-headline","category-news","category-news-ph","tag-president-rodrigo-duterte","tag-social-weather-stations-sws","mauthors-carlo-jacob-molina","mauthors-philippine-canadian-inquirer"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/127299","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/33"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=127299"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/127299\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/92029"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=127299"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=127299"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=127299"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
