Rest assured, however, that we will take the appropriate legal steps to move this multi-billion acquisition case forward,\u201d the PCC said.<\/p>\n<p>The CA\u2019s decision effectively stops any third player from competing with the duopoly of the two big firms in the local telco industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe note that a year after the sale, the public continues to complain of slow, expensive and poor quality of internet and mobile services.
