Photo courtesy of Cayetano&#8217;s Facebook page.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA -\u2013 Senate Majority Leader Allan Peter Cayetano on Tuesday described Janet Lim Napoles\u2019 sworn affidavit as \u201ctailor-fitted\u201d designed to convince the government to grant her immunity from plunder charges in the controversial pork barrel scam.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dIt\u2019s not the tell-all affidavit but tailor-fitted in her defense and request for immunity,\u201d Cayetano said in media interview.<\/p>\n<p>Aside from application for state witness, Cayetano said the &#8220;great objective&#8221; of Napoles is to create confusion amid the plunder charges filed by the Department of Justice (DOJ) against Senators Juan Ponce Enrile, Jinggoy Estrada and Ramon Revilla Jr. and other individuals linked to the scam.<\/p>\n<p>Contrary to Napoles\u2019 claim, Cayetano believes Napoles is the most guilty and it disqualifies her to be the state witness.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dWe see inconsistencies in her affidavit.
