Before the hearing, he came up to my office and informed me, <em>\u2018Sir, na-discover kona yung pasalubong. Totoo yan. I myself<\/em>\u2019 &#8212;\u00a0 He (Lape\u00f1a) experienced it [And he confided to me that, \u2018Sir it\u2019s not P100-million that Faeldon received,\u2019 he said it was P107-million. Before the hearing, he came up to my office and informed me, \u2018Sir, I have discovered the welcome gift. It\u2019s true.
