MANILA<\/strong>\u2014 A low-pressure area (LPA) last spotted 525 km. east southeast of Virac, Catanduanes will cause rains over eastern Visayas and parts of Luzon, the state weather bureau said Saturday.<\/p>\n

Eastern Visayas, Bicol, Quezon, Isabela and Cagayan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).<\/p>\n

Metro Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rainshowers, mostly in the afternoon or in the evening.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds will blow from northeast to north over northern and central Luzon. Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.<\/p>\n

Moderate to occasionally strong winds will prevail over Bicol, Quezon and eastern Visayas. Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough.<\/p>\n
