They are perfectly in-sync with reality performing their jobs,\u201d De Lima said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;While Duterte continues to suffer from a mental disorder of epic proportions,&#8221; she added.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Duterte challenged Morales and Sereno to\u00a0leave their posts with him as he\u00a0promised to snob the investigation\u00a0of the Ombudsman on his alleged ill-gotten wealth, saying it&#8217;s &#8220;a lousy thing.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI challenge the two, we will go to Congress, in a simple ceremony, we sign the letter of resignation. Then let us open all the books, including yours,\u201d the president said.<\/p>\n<p>It can also be recalled that Duterte accused both Morales and Sereno of corruption.<\/p>\n<p>The president also slammed\u00a0the Ombudsman for \u201cselective justice,\u201d\u00a0saying that while\u00a0the latter is investigating on former&#8217;s unexplained wealth, it\u00a0has also looked on similar complaints involving other government officials in the past.<\/p>\n<p>However, De Lima said Duterte\u2019s\u00a0challenge for Morales and Sereno to quit with him\u00a0indicated that the president is \u201cin panic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe is, in military jargon for a general gone berserk, on a scorched-earth policy.
