(<a href=\"http:\/\/pcoo.gov.ph\/news_releases\/from-presidential-spokesperson-ernie-abella-on-senate-resolution-no-58\/\" target=\"_blank\">Photo: pcoo.gov.ph<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA\u00a0<\/strong>\u2014 Malaca\u00f1ang on Thursday clarified that it has not issued any official holiday declarations yet for the 31st Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit and Related Meetings in November.<\/p>\n<p>Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella made the clarification during a Palace briefing in view of a supposed Malaca\u00f1ang memo that is circulating online saying that government has declared Nov. 13 to 15 as \u201cspecial non-working holidays\u201d in Metro Manila.<\/p>\n<p>The Palace official said the supposed document \u201cis not official.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When asked if the government is inclined to declare a holiday for the ASEAN event, Abella said that nothing is official yet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHindi pa official.
