(Photo: Philippine News Agency)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA\u00a0&#8212; Senator Panfilo Lacson on Monday said that he is definitely \u201cobsessed\u201d with proving that there is indeed corruption in the Bureau of Customs (BOC) and that former Customs Commissioner Nicanor Faeldon was involved in it.<\/p>\n<p>Lacson made this remark after Faeldon claimed that the senator\u2019s effort to pin him down has reached a certain level of obsession.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m really obsessed because he\u2019s been challenging me. I\u2019m really obsessed to pin him down and prove there\u2019s corruption and he\u2019s involved in corruption. He said it right,\u201d Lacson told reporters in an interview.<\/p>\n<p>Lacson said he has been speaking to a lot of sources about Faeldon being included in a so-called \u201ctara list\u201d or list of names of BOC personnel that received bribes.<\/p>\n<p>He said Faeldon is merely being \u201ca hypocrite\u201d by denying he received any bribes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe others I talked to, they were providing me documents. It\u2019s only Faeldon, one and only, na nabanggit sa listahan na nag-challenge pa. Saksakan ng yabang, saksakan ng ipokrito (Faeldon is the only person named on the list who wanted to challenge it.
