Kayo dapat ang maging modelo ng mga junior police officer (Your new ranks come with greater responsibility to the nation. You should serve as role models to junior police officers),\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Dela Rosa said he wants all police personnel to develop a culture of responsible seniority in the PNP that the higher the rank of a police officer, the more he or she should be sensitive to the wrongdoings of their fellow officers.
