(pna photo)\" width=\"415\" height=\"260\" srcset=\"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/SoJPresscon_1.jpg 415w, https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/SoJPresscon_1-300x188.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 415px) 100vw, 415px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-111511\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II (PNA Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II on Thursday ordered the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to coordinate with Interpol to locate one of the suspects implicated in the death of University of Santo Tomas law freshman Horacio Castillo III.<\/p>\n<p>The move comes after the Bureau of Immigration (BI) confirmed that a certain Ralph Caballes Trangia departed on Tuesday onboard Eva Air flight BR262 for Taipei, Taiwan.<\/p>\n<p>Trangia is one of the 16 people included in the Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) issued by Aguirre on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Aguirre will also seek the cancellation of Trangia&#8217;s passport.<\/p>\n<p>The order has instructed all immigration officers in the country\u2019s airports and seaports to be on the lookout to prevent attempts of the 16 \u201cpersons of interest\u201d to leave the country.<\/p>\n<p>Aside from Trangia, the other members of the fraternity included in the ILBO are: Arvin R.
