Kimberly Molitas on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The police command is responsible for securing Metro Manila against criminals and other lawless elements.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Attendance of personnel during the accounting is required and will remain on stand-by alert in their respective offices to perform their duties and responsibilities and be ready for possible deployment in areas of protests\/rallies if situation requires,&#8221; she noted.<\/p>\n<p>September 21 is the 45th anniversary of President Ferdinand E.
