From swimming, skating, day camps, to the Oval\u2019s popular multi-sport GetSkills camps, there are a variety of fun activities to keep children active in Richmond.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few registered programs children can sign up for:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Swimming and multi-sport single day camp (7 to 12 years old): This fun filled day has kids meeting at Minoru Aquatic Centre, swimming and playing games in the morning with gym activities at Minoru Arenas in the afternoon. Cost is $30.55.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Day camp (6 to 12 years old) at various community centres such as Cambie, Hamilton, South Arm, Steveston, Thompson and West Richmond: This camp offers fun activities at the community centre or on an out trip. Campers are asked to bring lunch and proper clothing. Cost varies from $19.95 to $37.25.<\/p>\n<p>There will also be drop-in programs available including:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Public swim at Watermania<br \/>\n\u00b7 Public skate at Richmond Ice Centre<br \/>\n\u00b7 Dry floor ball hockey at Minoru Arenas<br \/>\n\u00b7 Public skate at Richmond Olympic Oval<\/p>\n<p>For details and a full list of programs offered, visit www.richmond.ca\/register.<\/p>\n<p>Register one of three ways: online at www.richmond.ca\/register, Call Centre: 604-276-4300 or in-person at community facilities.<\/p>\n<p>The Richmond Olympic Oval is offering its most popular multi-sport GetSkills camps from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for children 5 to 12 years old. For those that need a bit more time to accommodate parent schedules, before and after camp supervision will also be available.
