(PNA Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA\u00a0&#8212; The Philippine National Police (PNP) is willing to help the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) which was tasked by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to investigate the deaths of 19-year-old Carl Angelo Arnaiz and his 14-year-old-companion, Reynaldo de Guzman.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The PNP will extend all possible assistance and support to NBI in the investigation of the Arnaiz and de Guzman slay cases as ordered by PRRD,&#8221; PNP spokesperson Chief Supt.
