(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PAGASA.DOST.GOV.PH\/photos\/a.302759263167323.64041.302746419835274\/1393860054057233\/?type=3&amp;theater\">Photo<\/a>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PAGASA.DOST.GOV.PH\">Dost_pagasa<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Isolated rainshowers will prevail over most parts of the country, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Thursday morning.<\/p>\n<p>The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao, however, will cause cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms over Caraga and Davao. Flash floods in low-lying areas are possible, according to PAGASA.<\/p>\n<p>Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rainshowers.<\/p>\n<p>Moderate to occasionally strong winds will blow from south to southwest over extreme northern Luzon, and its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.<\/p>\n<p>Light to moderate winds coming to these areas will be slight to moderate.<\/p>\n<p>In Mindanao and the rest of Luzon, light to moderate winds will blow from southeast to south with slight to moderate seas.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, tropical storm &#8220;Kiko&#8221; already left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Wednesday evening.
