The agency also noted that sea travel is risky over the eastern seaboard of northern and central Luzon.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, northern Cagayan including Babuyan Group of Islands and Batanes are still under tropical cyclone warning signal no. 1.<\/p>\n<p>PAGASA earlier cited that &#8220;Kiko&#8221; might exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by Wednesday evening.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MANILA\u2014 Eight domestic flights were cancelled Tuesday due to bad weather, the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said.
