Kung hindi siya nakaramdam ng<\/em>\u00a0public outrage\u00a0<em>magmamatigas pa. Bibigay din pala<\/em>\u00a0(It\u2019s good he finally felt it. If he didn\u2019t feel public outrage, he would still be stubborn),\u201d Trillanes told reporters in an interview.<\/p>\n<p>Customs broker Mark Taguba earlier tagged Duterte and Carpio in the illegal shipment. Taguba\u2019s testimony prompted Trillanes&#8217; move to invite the two and give them a chance to clear their names.<\/p>\n<p>However, Trillanes and Gordon got into a heated argument as the latter appeared to be against inviting Duterte and Carpio for lack of evidence proving their links to the illegal shipment.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Trillanes said it was hard to believe that the Gordon&#8217;s ethics complaint already had the signatures of 10 to 14 senators<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI will not take the word of Senator Gordon na meron siyang 14.\u00a0<em>Mahabang proseso yan,<\/em>\u00a0presentation of evidence,\u00a0<em>ipe<\/em>-present\u00a0<em>yan sa plenaryo at<\/em>\u00a0ultimately p<em>agbobotohan<\/em>.
