(<a href=\"https:\/\/commons.wikimedia.org\/w\/index.php?curid=29177765\">Photo By Gerry Edra &#8211; Shaina Magdayao, CC BY 3.0<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201c<em>Akala ko po ako ay magbabakasyon at magpapahinga<\/em> (I thought I will take a vacation and I will rest),\u201d \u2018The Better Half\u2019 lead actress Shaina Magdayao revealed what is in store for her career.<\/p>\n<p>With the last three weeks of the afternoon serye, Shaina in an interview with \u2018Tonight with Boy Abunda,\u2019 admitted with a laugh that the feeling is bittersweet but knows that instead of relationships ending, the bonds formed in their cast is just beginning.<\/p>\n<p>Though her project comes to an end, the actress opened that she will leave for Singapore next week for a bigger project. \u201cI\u2019m going to do a movie with <em>direk<\/em> Lav Diaz,\u201d she said, smiling.<\/p>\n<p>Lav Diaz is a premiered independent filmmaker, known for his signature long narrative films.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview during Sun Life\u2019s Living and Leaving A Legacy Press Conference on July 8, Charo Santos revealed that she will be working with Diaz in another film after \u2018Ang Babaeng Humayo.\u2019 He encouraged her to study German.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSingapore \u2018yung 80% [of the film] but it starts in Frankfurt. I\u2019ll work for a German couple. I was a nanny to the child of a German couple. So <em>sabi ko<\/em>, \u2018<em>Ah<\/em> <em>talaga mag-aaral ako\u2019 <\/em>(So I told myself, \u2018Ah I will really study),\u2019\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>In the same interview, Charo said that she \u2018thinks\u2019 Shaina will be one of the actresses she will work with.
