(Photo By Robert Vi\u00f1as \/ Malaca\u00f1ang Photo Bureau &#8211; Presidential Communications Operations Office, Public Domain)<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\"><\/div>\n<p>A list of Customs officials and employees who allegedly received bribes or \u2018tara\u2019 from illegal transaction was named by Senator Panfilo \u201cPing\u201d Lacson on Wednesday through a presentation.<\/p>\n<p>Lacson said in his privilege speech that the information was supplied by top and middle-level Customs officials and employees, brokers, and a concerned individual who has been contacting his office for the alleged \u2018tara\u2019 list. Lacson said that he began receiving information regarding the list when the issue of bribery at the BOC once again aroused because of the P6.4-billion shabu shipment from China.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom various sources inside and outside the Customs bureau that I had interacted with over the past two weeks regarding the \u2018tara\u2019 list, we carefully vetted and cross-matched each and every information to come up with an objectively filtered and detailed list of who and how much each office or official in the Bureau collects per container per day,\u201d the senator said.<\/p>\n<p>Lacson also enumerated in his speech the alleged bribe givers and the bagmen or collectors who enabled the so-called \u2018tara\u2019 system at the bureau.<\/p>\n<p>List of alleged \u2018tara\u2019 of bribe recipients at the BOC:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Commissioner Nicanor Faeldon<\/li>\n<li>Deputy Commissioner Teddy Raval \u2013 Intelligence Group (IG)<\/li>\n<li>Deputy Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno \u2013 Enforcement Group (EG)<\/li>\n<li>Deputy Commissioner Gerardo Gambala \u2013 Command Center<\/li>\n<li>Deputy Commissioner Natalio Ecarma III \u2013 Revenue Collection Monitoring Group (RCMG)<\/li>\n<li>Deputy Commissioner Edward James Dy Buco \u2013 Assessment and Operations Coordination Group (AOCG)<\/li>\n<li>Director Neil Estrella \u2013 Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service (CIIS), and also allegedly collected for the Office of the Commissioner (OCOMM) together with Chris Bolastig.<\/li>\n<li>Atty Zsae de Guzman \u2013 Chief, Intellectual Property Rights Division<\/li>\n<li>Atty Larribert Hilario \u2013 Risk Management Office (RMO)<\/li>\n<li>Joel Pinawin \u2013 Officer-in-Charge, Intelligence Division (one of the alleged collectors of Director Estrella)<\/li>\n<li>Director Milo Maestrecampo \u2013 Import and Assessment Service (IAS)<\/li>\n<li>Atty Grace Malabed \u2013 Acting Chief, Account Management Office (AMO)<\/li>\n<li>Atty Alvin Ebreo \u2013 Director, Legal Service under RCMG<\/li>\n<li>All section heads, appraisers, and examiners \u2013 Formal Entry Division in both the Manila International Container Port (MICP) and Port of Manila (POM)<\/li>\n<li>Athena Dans \u2013 Informal Entry Division, MICP<\/li>\n<li>All section heads, appraisers, and examiners \u2013 Informal Entry Division, POM<\/li>\n<li>MICP and POM Sections 1, 9, 10, &amp;
