Kasi tumagas talaga sa mata ko eh, walang <\/em>alarm<em>, walang<\/em> anything. (100 Poems for Stella or 100 tears? Tears really flooded my eyes, no alarm, no anything.)\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Chachi @CharizzeYvonne said: \u201c<em>Higit sa<\/em> 100 <em>na pasasalamat din sa pagbahagi sa amin ng<\/em> story <em>ni<\/em> Fidel <em>at<\/em> Stella. <em>Daming<\/em> lesson <em>sa<\/em> movie. (More than 100 thank you\u2019s for imparting Fidel and Stella\u2019s story to us. Lots of lesson from the movie) 100 claps for you Direk!\u201d which also earned a retweet.<\/p>\n<p>While Cess @cesscabantog&#8217;s tweet: \u201cI love it how people applauded after 100 Tula Para Kay Stella ended.\u201d was found in the director&#8217;s tweeter account as well.<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfied remarks and negative comments however received comeback replies from him.<\/p>\n<p>Iggy @iggylona remarked: \u201cAm I the only one who found the poems in \u201c100 Tula Para Kay Stella\u201d (and the movie itself) cringe-worthy? The actors had zero chemistry too.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Laxamana replied with: \u201cOnly a few of you apparently.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>b e t s y @betsyyyy tweeted: \u201cTbh (To be honest), madaming plot holes sa ending&#8230; #100naTulaParaKayStella\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The director\u2019s reply was: \u201c<em>Sige nga<\/em> (Go ahead). Enumerate\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The tweets quickly turned from critiquing his film to his political stand, and his personality. Laxamana just virtually shrugged these off and continued to provoke his \u2018haters.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>According to his tweet accompanied by a laughing emoji: \u201cDear haters, <em>Ano, inis na inis na kayo<\/em> (You must be really irritated)?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Some netizens continued liking his tweets, amused by his courage or by his wit on answering.<\/p>\n<p>Pat @pattpatatas tweeted: \u201cI\u2019m laughing so hard right now hahaha <em>ang dami niyang<\/em> time <em>mag<\/em>-reply (he sure does have a lot of time to reply)!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, more Twitter users were offended by his \u2018ego.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>B @blaziiing said: \u201cOff. Off. Off. Off. <em>Mas madaming<\/em> directors <em>ang<\/em>\u00a0<em>mas matagal na sa industriya pero \u2018di katulad ng ugali mo<\/em> (There are a lot more directors who are longer in the industry but do not have that attitude of yours). Get of Twitter!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In some\u00a0of his tweets, Laxamana often mentioned that he \u2018chooses\u2019 which criticisms to accept, and these are not just from \u2018anybody&#8217; and that if people have the right to &#8216;dismiss&#8217; his work, he also has t he right to &#8216;dismiss&#8217; people&#8217;s &#8216;so-called criticism.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Bea Sacdalan @sacdalan Bea tweeted: \u201cI\u2019d like to understand that you only save your work because that is yours \u2013 but really, this type of response to criticism?
