(PNA Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA\u00a0&#8212; Tropical storm &#8220;Isang&#8221; has maintained its strength as it heads west northwest at 17 kilometers per hour, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Monday morning.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Isang&#8221; has a maximum sustained winds of 65 km\/hr, and gustiness of up to 80 km\/hr.\u00a0It was last eyed at 330 km east of Basco, Batanes.<\/p>\n<p>Tropical cyclone warning signal (TCWS) no. 2 was raised over Batanes, while TCWS no. 1 was raised over Babuyan Group of Islands.
