(PCOO photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Claiming that Filipinos are the real victims, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte in his speech on Wednesday, said that killing is really the key to solve the country\u2019s &#8216;biggest&#8217; problem \u2013 which is illegal drugs.<\/p>\n<p>Attending Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption\u2019s (VACC\u2019s) 19<sup>th<\/sup> founding anniversary, the President reiterated that his two-page speech will not do justice to the \u2018victims.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMost of you are victims of crime, criminality, and extreme negligence,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He further said that the country\u2019s drug problem \u2018takes a toll on the lives of people whether they are a victim or a criminal,\u2019 which prompted him to start his war against it.<\/p>\n<p>Duterte mentioned that the people should not complain if he always talks about it, as it is the real problem that must be dealt with. In his campaign and upon ascend to presidency, he vowed to end the drug problem in three to six months but he admitted that he spoke from his experience and environment as the mayor of Davao where \u2018everybody behaves\u2019 even when he did not \u2018direct\u2019 them.<\/p>\n<p>He also admitted that he did not think that the \u2018very agency\u2019 he was relying on to help him in his campaign by barring drugs from abroad is actually importing.<\/p>\n<p>However, the President was firm with his stance, \u201cI will be able to solve the problem, <em>patayin ko lang \u2018yan lahat<\/em> (I just have to kill them all),\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>\u2019Yung namatay daw kanina sa<\/em> Bulacan, 32 in a massive raid. <em>Maganda \u2018yun<\/em>. (32 were killed in a massive raid in Bulacan. That\u2019s good,\u201d Duterte said.<\/p>\n<p>It was reported on Tuesday that apart from the 32 deaths recorded to be the highest death toll in his term, 107 were also arrested in the said buy-bust operation.<\/p>\n<p>Duterte said that killing another 32 everyday may reduce the problem that the country is facing and that the people just refused to believe him.<\/p>\n<p>The President said that he is doing this for the next generation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou can prosecute me after or now, whatever. You can assassinate me.
