For now, he will watch the US, but ordered the army to be ready to strike \u2018at all times,\u2019 KCNA report said.<\/p>\n<p>In order to resolve the tensions between the DPRK and US, he insisted that the latter should make \u2018necessary\u2019 actions \u2018first\u2019 as it committed provocations after introducing huge nuclear strategic equipment into the vicinity of the Korean peninsula, the same report stated.<\/p>\n<p>According to another report by KCNA, the DPRK\u2019s access to the nukes is just a \u2018measure for self-defense\u2019 from the \u2018high-handed and arbitrary practices of the US.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Last week, Trump filled the headlines with his threat: \u201cNorth Korea best not make any more threats to the United States.
