(Photo By: Office of Senator Gregorio Honasan, Public Domain)<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA, Aug. 10<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; Over a week after being charged with two counts of graft by the Office of the Ombudsman over his alleged misuse of his PHP30-million pork barrel fund in 2012, Senator Gringo Honasan on Thursday said that he is \u201ccompletely innocent\u201d and ready to prove it.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am completely innocent of the charges against me,\u201d Honasan, former military leader, said in a short press statement.<\/p>\n<p>Honasan said that he has faced several allegations all his life and that this new one is not any different.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;All my life I have fought everything I am accused of, and I will continue to do so,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, the Sandiganbayan Second Division ordered Honasan&#8217;s arrest citing &#8220;probable cause&#8221; to arrest him for graft.<\/p>\n<p>Honasan is the fourth senator to be charged for pork barrel fund misuse.
