Macapagal was on his way to Avenida, according to his son.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, six people were hurt and brought to a nearby hospital for medical attention.<\/p>\n<p>Investigation showed that the jeepney crossed the railroad track despite the warning signs of an approaching train.
