(PNA Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA, Aug. 8<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 The chair of the House Appropriations Committee on Tuesday hailed the country\u2019s thriving business sector despite allegations of human rights violations and the ongoing Marawi crisis.<\/p>\n<p>Davao City Rep.
