Matthew Stout told the Los Angeles Times that Bieber remained at the scene and \u201cfully co-operated\u201d with officers and that no citations were issued.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;text-align: start\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;color: black\">Stout said the 57-year-old photographer was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;text-align: start\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;color: black\">Video obtained by TMZ shows Bieber getting into his truck as a crowd of photographers snap photos around him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;text-align: start\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;color: black\">As the Stratford, Ont., native slowly pulls forward, the photographer steps toward the truck on the passenger side, gets hit and falls to the ground.
