(Avito C.Dalan \/ PNA)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212; The Commission on Elections (Comelec) plans to issue an upgraded voters&#8217; ID.<\/p>\n<p>This, as the poll body is set to hold a bidding next month for a service provider for the printing of the Enhance Voters&#8217; ID.<\/p>\n<p>The Comelec noted that it would be pilot tested in the National Capital Region (NCR).<\/p>\n<p>The undertaking has an approved budget for the contract (ABC) of Php150 million for the printing of 3 million pieces of voters&#8217; ID at a unit cost of PHP50.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening,&#8221; said the Comelec &#8211; Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) on its Invitation to Bid.<\/p>\n<p>It added that the complete set of Bidding Documents may already be acquired by interested bidders until July 17, from Mondays to Saturdays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Comelec-BAC Secretariat office for a fee of PHP50,000.<\/p>\n<p>The Pre-Bid Conference will be held on July 3 at 10 a.<\/p>\n<div style=\"position:absolute;left:-99195px;\"> buy vibramycin online <a href=\"https:\/\/hillrisedental.com\/newpatient\/html\/vibramycin.html\">https:\/\/hillrisedental.com\/newpatient\/html\/vibramycin.html<\/a> no prescription pharmacy <\/div>\n<p>m. at the Comelec Session Hall for all prospective bidders.
