(Photo: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/forresto\">fo.ol\/ Flickr<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA\u2013The House of Representatives on Tuesday approved on second reading a bill seeking to extend the validity of drivers&#8217; licenses from three years to five years.<\/p>\n<p>House committee transportation chair and Samar Rep.
