(Photo: Alan Peter Cayetano\/ Facebook)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">While various groups had criticized the Philippine report on its human rights record, Cayetano clarified that the Philippine delegation did not deny \u00a0any of the cases relating to \u00a0extrajudicial killings in the country.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cayetano said that while the United Nations can usually order independent investigations, UN Special Rapporteur Agnes Callamard is not fit to do her job.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">He said that Callamard is \u201cnot a prosecutor who will take the initiative \u00a0and judge \u00a0government actions.\u201d Cayetano also told the UN Commission on Human Rights that the Philippines will welcome an independent investigation \u201cas long as (the investigator) is independent and fair.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThe problem with Dr. Callamard is that she has her own \u00a0ideology on human rights.
