MANILA–Oil firms will hike pump prices on Tuesday, following international market prices.

In separate advisories, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp., Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Seaoil Philippines Inc. and PTT Philippines said they would increase diesel prices by 90 centavos per liter and gasoline prices by Php 1.10 per liter.

Shell and Seaoil will also hike kerosene prices by 90 centavos per liter.

Seaoil explained the price movements reflect world market prices.

According to the Energy Department’s oil monitor, diesel prices range from Php 27.68-38.84 per liter and a common price of Php 30.55 per liter.

Gasoline, meanwhile, has a price range of Php 38.20-47.75 per liter. It has a common price of Php 43.75 per liter.
